Job Overview

Grow Training is seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to support the day-to-day coordination and delivery of our training courses. This role is essential in ensuring that learners, trainers, and internal teams receive efficient administrative support.

The Training Administrator will manage course scheduling, learner records, communications, and compliance documentation while maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced training environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programmes

  • Manage learner registrations, enrolments, and records within internal systems

  • Provide administrative support to trainers and training managers

  • Prepare training materials, attendance registers, and course documentation

  • Maintain accurate learner data and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

  • Communicate with learners regarding course information, schedules, and requirements

  • Monitor course attendance and completion records

  • Assist with reporting, audits, and funding documentation where required

  • Support the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the training team

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

  • Experience working in a training, education, or apprenticeship environment (desirable)

  • Customer-focused approach when supporting learners and stakeholders
