Food Safety
All of our food hygiene courses are designed, moderated and quality controlled by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS). We have three different levels of course, all of which are available as a tutor-led classroom course or as online blended learning course.
The REHIS certification means that certificates given to successful delegates will be recognised and accepted by most Environmental Health officers in Scotland.
