Virtual Classroom Courses
We are delighted to announce that we have transitioned our most popular classroom based courses to our new online Virtual Classroom platform. A fully interactive experience, we have designed these sessions to replicate a physical classroom. All sessions are tutor led, class numbers are strictly limited and group-work practical sessions are being achieved using virtual breakout rooms.
We are fully accredited by our awarding bodies so that a delegate attending a virtual classroom course will receive the same level of certification as they would visiting a training centre. Our technical wizards have made the process very simple with our ‘one-click join‘ button allowing delegates with limited IT skills to attend.
Staff who are furloughed are not permitted to work however are permitted to complete training courses, presenting an excellent opportunity for professional development and maintenance of skills.

The course was held over Zoom which was an easy comfortable experience, Chris who hosted the course was exceptional he was welcoming warm and friendly .He understood that Zoom was a new experience to run a course from but made it step by
step simple . The course was in depth and covered the course book thoroughly.There were a few mock exams to keep your mind focused with group participation in rooms . I would recommend this course to anyone who is just looking to refresh or take a new journey in world of Health and Safety .

Face to Face Training
Our public classroom courses are re-commencing from August 2020. The safety and wellbeing of our clients and training team is our number one priority. Our training premises have been fully risk assessed and the following control measures have been implemented:
- Larger training rooms and lowered course capacity will allow for 2-meter physical distancing between all delegates and presenters at all times
- Public areas of our premises are being sanitised several times per day
- Face coverings are required when moving around the building and are optional in our training rooms
- Hand sanitiser is freely available throughout our centre
We are also now offering private face to face training courses at customer premises where we can be confident that there are sufficient Covid-19 control measures in place.
E-Learning Courses
Our video-led E-Learning courses have proven very popular during the lock-down as they offer a safe alternative to traditional training, allowing delegates to complete a course from home at their own pace. We’ve recently added many new courses including our Business Skills and Health & Social Care libraries.
